See Martín Automatic's MBS non-stop butt splicers seamlessly feeding into ETl's Cohesio modular machine, efficiently transforming raw materiaIs into finished labels through a continuous process of inline coating, laminating and die-cutting.
Lundberg Tech's MatrixCompactor captures and handles the matrix waste produced after the die-cutting process. The production process continues across the aisle to the LemuGroup booth, where it goes through the GTU Glue turret rewinder, followed by the UltraCompact robotic end-of-line boxing and palletizing system.

LemuGroup launches its new 660 mm GTU Glue turret rewinder. This new turret starts the rewinding process by applying Hot Melt using a Nordson pistol ensuring accurate and consistent rewind initiation. Its fully automatic servo-driven system and closed-loop tension control ensures perfectly wound rolls at speeds of up to 250 m/min.
Combined with LemuGroup’s UltraCompact end-of-line system, we´re able to offer a fully automated solution from roll to pallet.
